Constance MeadorsCONSTANCE MEADORS has been appointed associate professor of engineering and associate dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Previously program director for electronic engineering technology at ECPI University in Virginia Beach, Meadors holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Grambling State University as well as a master’s degree and Ph.D. in applied science engineering and systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
