Justin Rose JUSTIN ROSE has been appointed dean of faculty recruitment, retention and diversity at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Currently an associate professor of political science at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York, Rose holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, a master’s degree from Baylor University and a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.
