Willie SmithWILLIE SMITH has been named chancellor of Baton Rouge Community College in Louisiana. Having led the college on an interim basis for the past 10 months, Smith holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, a master’s in public administration from Troy University in Alabama and a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Argosy University.
