ALIZA WON Aliza Wong G has been appointed interim dean of the Honors College at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. A professor of history at the school, Wong holds bachelor’s degrees in English, history and Asian languages and civilizations from Amherst College in Massachusetts. She earned a master’s and Ph.D. in history from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
