JEFF EARLEY has been named vice provost for academic resource management at Virginia Tech. Associate vice provost for finance in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, Earley holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public administration from Virginia Tech and is completing work on a Ph.D. in the same field.
