FITZROY B. BECKFORD

FITZROY B. BECKFORD has been named associate dean and director of extension in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Vermont. Beckford spent over a decade with the University of Florida as a county extension director managing work in areas such as agriculture, natural resources, youth development, food systems, small farms initiatives and environmental sustainability. He holds a Ph.D. in sustainability education.
