VITICUS THOMAS has been appointed assistant director and transfer coordinator in the o ffice of admissions at South Carolina State University. Previously a graduate counselor at Johnson C. Smith University, Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Johnson C. Smith University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
