The Cleveland State University Foundation received an 18-month $45,730 grant from the George Gund Foundation for development of curriculum and research projects that will be linked to construction of green buildings on campus.

The College of William and Mary (Va.) athletics department has received $650,000 from anonymous donors to install lights at Zable Stadium and the adjacent football practice field.

The Indiana University Athletic Scholarship Endowment received a grant of $10 million, the single largest gift in the history of IU Athletics, from the Glaubinger Foundation, on behalf of Larry and Lucienne Glaubinger to provide scholarships for IU Bloomington student-athletes who participate in non-revenue generating varsity sports.

Morgan State University (Md.) received a $53,964 million grant from the Environmental Protection Agency to undertake Phase I of the Baltimore Region Environmental Justice and Transportation Project. The project grant is the result of a two-year effort to develop a proposal to address environmental justice issues.

The University of Southern California received a gift of more than $2.5 million from the Clarence and Estelle Albaugh Trust, which established a fund to provide medical equipment to the Keck School of Medicine and support research into technologies designed to restore sight to the blind.
