Dr. Mitchell Chang

Chang MitchellMitchell J. Chang is professor of higher education and organizational change at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research focuses on the educational efficacy of diversity- related initiatives on college campuses. Chang is the author of more than 80 publications and has served on the editorial board for several journals, including The Review of Higher Education, American Educational Research Journal, Journal of Diversity in Higher Education, and Liberal Education. Chang was elected in 2010 to the Board of Directors for the Association for the Study of Higher Education.
