Anita Gliniecki has been named president of Housatonic Community College (Conn.). She had been serving in an interim role. Gliniecki earned a bachelor’s from Wayne State University and a master’s from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Vivian Barnette has been named director of counseling services at
North Carolina A&T State University. She holds a bachelor’s from Western Carolina University, a master’s from NCA&T and a doctorate from Western Michigan University.

Dr. Karl B. Brockenbrough has been named vice president for the division of administration and finance at Bowie State University (Md.). He earned a bachelor’s from Norfolk State University, an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a doctorate from Wilmington College.

Adrian L. Epps has been appointed assistant dean of the College of Science and Mathematics at Kennesaw State University (Ga.). He was most recently director of the office of mathematics and science initiatives for the Atlanta Public School System. Epps holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from Emory University.

Arthur D. Goon has been appointed dean of the College of Extended and Executive Education at the University of New Haven (Conn.). He earned a bachelor’s from Tennessee Wesleyan College and a master’s from the State University of New York-New Paltz.

Ozzie Harris II has been named senior vice provost for diversity and community development at Emory University (Ga.). He had most recently served in a similar role at Dartmouth College. Harris earned a bachelor’s from Dartmouth and a law degree from Vermont Law School.

Shanna Jackson has been appointed executive assistant to the president at Volunteer State Community College (Tenn.). She had previously served as director of off-campus sites at the college. Jackson holds a bachelor’s and an MBA from Florida A&M University.

Jocabel Michel Reyes has been named director of development for the College of Science at the University of Texas at El Paso. She most recently worked for the Independent Sector in Washington, D.C. Reyes earned a bachelor’s from Brown University.

Dr. Lexsee Waterford has been appointed executive director of human resources at Baltimore City Community College. She holds a bachelor’s from the University of Tennessee, a master’s from Trevecca Nazarene University and a master’s and doctorate from Fielding Graduate University.
