MARK-MATSUMOTO MARK MATSUMOTO has been appointed dean of the School of Engineering at the University of California, Merced. He was associate dean of research and graduate education in the College of Engineering at the University of California, Riverside. Matsumoto earned a bachelor’s from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of California, Davis.
