ANGELA-EVANSANGELA EVANS has been appointed dean of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, effective January 16. She is a clinical professor in the LBJ School. Evans earned a bachelor’s from Canisius College and a master’s from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
