DAVID-KANGDAVID KANG has been appointed vice chancellor for infrastructure and safety at the University of Colorado Boulder. He was director of project management in the White House Military Office. Kang earned a bachelor’s from the University of California, San Diego and a master’s from the University of California, Berkeley.
