Arrman is an editorial assistant at Diverse, where he handles newsletters and contributes to reporting and editing. He has prior newsroom experience including from Richmond Magazine, The Henrico Citizen and the Capital News Service. A Burmese reporter, he graduated 2020 in journalism and philosophy from the University of Richmond, where he was managing editor for the student-run newspaper, The Collegian.
