Spalding University Athletic Center Called a Symbol of White Privilege at Simmons College
Spalding University, a private liberal arts college in Louisville, Kentucky, opened a new athletic center this week called the Field of Dreams. Across the street, Simmons College of Kentucky, a private historically Black college, is wrestling with the disparity between HBCUs and predominantly White institutions.
