Miguel Martinez MIGUEL MARTINEZ-SAENZ has been named president of St. Francis College. He was previously provost and vice president for academic affairs at Otterbein University. Martinez-Saenz earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida.
