Thomas Cruz Soto THOMAS CRUZ-SOTO JR. has been appointed associate vice president and dean of students for the Division of Student Affairs at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He previously served as the associate dean of campus life at Colgate University. Cruz-Soto earned a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree and an Ed.D. from Rowan University.
