TAMER BASAR

Tamer BasarTAMER BASAR has been named interim dean of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s College of Engineering. He previously served as director of the Center for Advanced Study and professor of electrical and computer engineering at the university. He received a bachelor’s degree from Robert College in Istanbul and M.S., M.Phil, and Ph.D. degrees from Yale University.
