Constance MalletteCONSTANCE MALLETTE has been named vice chancellor for finance and administration at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). Since 2015, Mallette had served as the associate vice chancellor for finance and administration at WSSU. Mallette earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and a master’s degree from WSSU.
