DR. RACHEL PETTY has been named senior dean and academic advisor for faculty engagement at the University of the District of Columbia. She currently serves as the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Petty earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Howard University and a doctorate from the University of Maryland, College Park.

NELL RUSSELL has been named associate vice president for diversity at the University of Wyoming. Previously, she served as director of employment practices at the university. Russell received a bachelor’s from Northeastern University and a master’s from the University of Akron.

DR. MANDARA SAVAGE has been named chair of the department of technology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Previously, he served as associate professor in the department. Savage earned a bachelor’s from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a master’s from the University of Memphis and a doctorate from Iowa State University.
