ROBBYN WACKER was named president of St. Cloud State University, effective July 1. She currently serves as senior adviser in the office of development and alumni relations at the University of Northern Colorado. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and a doctorate from Iowa State.
