LUCIAN YATES III

LUCIAN YATES III has been named interim provost and vice president for academic affairs at Kentucky State University in Frankfort. He previously served as dean of the Graduate School and professor of curriculum and instruction at Tennessee State University. Yates earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Morehead State University and his Ph.D. at Ohio University.
