4 Morehouse Students Accused of Rape Free on Bond

ATLANTA — Four Morehouse College students accused in two rapes have been released from the Fulton County jail on $10,000 bond each.

One indictment charges Malcolm Frank and Chukwudi Ndudikwa with raping an 18-year-old student from nearby Spelman College in April. The indictment charges Tevin Mgbo with kidnapping, reckless conduct and sodomy. The indictment alleges the three took advantage of a woman who was under the influence of an unknown substance.

An attorney for Ndudikwa says his client never touched the alleged victim and Frank’s attorney says the sex was consensual. All three are listed on the school’s 2012-13 basketball roster.

Another indictment charges Lucien Kidd, a former football player, with raping a Spelman student off campus. It’s unclear if Kidd has an attorney.
