JAMES CARR

JAMES-CARRJAMES CARR has been named the Coleman A. Young Endowed Chair and a professor of research in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at Wayne State University, effective in August. He is a housing finance, banking and urban policy consultant and a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress. Carr holds a bachelor’s from Hampton University, a master’s from Columbia University and a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania.
