CARLA JACKSON BELL has been selected as dean of the Robert R. Taylor School of Architecture and Construction Science in the New Millennium at Tuskegee University. She served on the faculty and was director of multicultural affairs in the College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University. She earned a bachelor’s from Tuskegee
University, a master’s from the Savannah College of Art & Design and a doctorate from the Union Institute & University.
