RAMON-TORRECILHA RAMON TORRECILHA has been named president of Westfield State University. He was a professor of sociology at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Torrecilha earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Portland State University, and a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
