T. RAMON STUART has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Fort Valley State University. He was associate provost and associate vice president for academic affairs at Fort Valley State. Stuart holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from West Virginia University, and a doctorate from Ohio University.
