Experts Say Latino Student Enrollment Outpacing Faculty Growth
Between 2003 and 2014, the percentage of Latinos among all faculty members grew from 2 to 4 percent, while the ratio of Latino students to Latino faculty rose from 80:1 to 90:1 over the same period.
