ELAINE COLELAINE COLLINS has been appointed president of Johnson State College in Vermont. She was dean and COO of the College of Education at Grand Valley State University. Collins earned a bachelor’s from the University of California, Los Angeles, a master’s from the University of California, Davis, and a doctorate from The Ohio State University.
