DONNA H. OLIVER was selected as the provost and senior vice president of academic affairs at Edward Waters College (EWC). She previously served as president of Mississippi Valley State University. Oliver earned a bachelor’s degree from Elon College, a master’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University, a master’s in education and doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
