Chemene CrawfordCHEMENE CRAWFORD has been named associate vice chancellor of student resources for the Dallas County Community College District. She previously worked as vice president of student services and enrollment management for El Centro College in Dallas. Crawford holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of San Francisco and an Ed.D. in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
