BONNY COPENHAVER was named president of New River Community and Technical College, making her the first female president of the college. Prior to her new role, she was vice president of academic affairs and superior campus administrator at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. Copenhaver received a bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. degrees all from East Tennessee State University.
