KIM PERLAK has been named chair of the Guitar Department at Berklee College of Music. She previously served as assistant chair of guitar at the institution. Perlak received a certificate of completion from the Harvard University Management Development Program, a master’s in music from Yale University, and a doctor of musical arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
