Renee HutchinsRENÉE MCDONALD HUTCHINS has been named dean of the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. Currently, she serves as the Jacob A. France Professor of Public Interest Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Hutchins received a bachelor’s in mathematics from Spelman College, graduating cum laude, and received a J.D. from Yale Law School.
