ARCHANA BHANDARI has been named executive director of online learning at Hudson County Community College. Most recently, she served as director of academic support at Santa Ana College. Bhandari received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi, a master’s degree from Bowie State University and a graduate diploma from Unitec Institute of Technology.
