Jorge Escobar 1JORGE L. ESCOBAR has been named interim vice chancellor of administrative services at San Jose – Evergreen Community College District. Prior to his new role, he served as acting president at San José City College. Escobar earned an associate’s degree from County College of Morris, a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College, a bachelor’s degree from Rider University and a master’s degree from Walden University.
