TAMARA BROWN has been named executive dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the University of North Texas. Brown received a bachelor’s degree from Longwood College, a master’s of divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
