BETSY PBetsy Huang. HUANG has been named associate provost and dean at Clark University. Currently, she is the Andrea B. and Peter Klein ’64 Distinguished Professor and director of the Center for Gender, Race and Area Studies. Huang received a bachelor’s degree in English from SUNY Buffalo and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.
