Tom JacksonTOM JACKSON JR. has been named president of Humboldt State University. He previously served as president of Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. Jackson earned an associate’s degree from Highline Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Southwest State University, a master’s from Shippensburg University and an Ed.D. from the University of La Verne.
