Julie White JULIE A. WHITE has been appointed president of Pierce College Fort Steilacoom, effective July 15. She is currently senior vice president of student engagement and learning support at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York. White earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, a master’s degree from Xavier University and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.
