William MccoyWILLIAM C. MCCOY has been appointed interim director of the Pan African Studies program in the College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities at Clemson University. He will also continue on as director of Clemson’s Rutland Institute for Ethics. McCoy earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, a master’s degree from the University of WisconsinMadison and a doctorate in education administration from Edgewood University.
