Carol ParkerCAROL PARKER has been named provost at New Mexico State University, effective July 22. She currently serves as senior adviser for academic affairs at the University of Texas at El Paso. Parker earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, a master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Wayne State University.
