JOHNNA FRIERSON

Johnna FriersonJOHNNA FRIERSON has been named assistant dean for graduate and postdoctoral diversity and inclusion for the Duke University School of Medicine. She recently served as the founding director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering. Frierson is a graduate of Furman University where she majored in biology. She holds a Ph.D. in virology from Vanderbilt University.
