SANDRA BARNES has been named vice president of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Mississippi and leader of the Natchez campus. Barnes received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Alcorn State University and her doctoral degree in bioanalytical chemistry at the University of Kansas.
