ROY COLLINS III

Roy Collins IiiROY COLLINS III has been appointed general counsel and chief legal affairs officer at New Mexico State University. He previously served as associate general counsel and interim general counsel at the University of Hartford. Collins is a graduate of Southern University in mechanical engineering. He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and a master of laws degree in intellectual property from the John Marshall Law School.
