KHA YANG has been named the first associate vice president of inclusive excellence at the University of St. Thomas. Yang was most recently inclusion programs and workforce reporting manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She holds bachelor’s degrees in criminal law and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a master of liberal arts, management degree from Harvard University.
