CAROL JOHNSON-DEAN

CAROL JOHNSON-DEAN has been named interim president at LeMoyne-Owen College in Memphis, Tenn. Johnson-Dean previously served as executive director of New Leaders-South Region in Memphis. Johnson-Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Fisk University and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and a doctorate in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota.
