Latonia C SmithLATONIA COLLINS SMITH has been named interim provost at Harris-Stowe State University. Smith has been serving as assistant provost at Harris-Stowe since 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Central Missouri, both a master’s degree in social work and a master’s in public health from Saint Louis University, and a doctorate in education from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
