Donde PlowmanDONDE PLOWMAN has been appointed chancellor of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She previously served as executive vice chancellor and chief academic officer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Southern Methodist University, a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of North Texas and a doctorate in strategic management from the University of Texas at Austin.
