Jerri Haynes JERRI A. HAYNES has been named dean of the College of Education at Tennessee State University. She previously served as associate professor and assistant dean of the College of Education at Fort Hays State University. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in elementary education from Florida A&M University and she also holds an educational specialist degree and a doctoral degree in child and youth studies from Nova Southern University.
